Celebrating its 15th Anniversary, the parent company, Genesis Land Developments Corp., provides great communities in Calgary and Airdrie for its three single family homebuilding divisions, multi family home division, commercial division, and other fine home builders.

Role

The Customer Liaison manages all customer selections with trades and suppliers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Work directly with the construction department as a unit.
• Managing and processing customer change orders.
• Creating and tracking change orders in system.
• Forwarding change order to trades and suppliers.
• Seeking opportunities to assist our homeowners in order to provide exceptional customer service.

Knowledge/Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in residential New Homes mandatory.
• Knowledge of and experience with the residential new home construction process.
• Excellent customer service experience, with some conflict resolution skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills: Excel, word, etc.,

Skills/Attributes

• Strong customer service skills in dealing with trades, suppliers, and homeowners.
• Ability to coordinate several simultaneous tasks while maintaining positive attitude and flexible work style.
• Self-motivated with ability to work well independently.
• A high level of professionalism.
