Genesis Centre of Community Wellness is Now Open
GENESIS CENTRE OF COMMUNITY WELLNESS
Built at a cost of $120 million the Genesis Centre of Community Wellness will evolve into a meeting place for residents of the surrounding areas. The centre will be a vibrant place of activity for social functions, cultural events, sporting events, meetings ,and concerts within a comprehensively planned intimate setting.
Families members will be able to participate in swimming lessons, gymnastics, dance classes or other activities while others browse through books in the library. Community members will be able to meet at the centre and exchange or gather information or obtain assistance from the various counselling services that will be available.
The Genesis Centre of Community Wellness is where people meet, inspire and educate each other in harmony. Genesis Land Development Corp. is proud to be associated with this fine facility that serves as an example for multifaceted community centres in Calgary.

Sage spices up house choices in city's northwest
Although it's a community in its infancy, Sage Meadows is being developed on land that saw its first home built more than a century ago. The 90-hectare site is being created with the care and attention historic land requires and deserves.
"I spent countless days just walking the property, getting a feel for it and determining the significant areas on it," says Jeff Blair, chief operating officer of Genesis Land Development and Builders Group.
