Visiting builder websites and reading customer review sites are another great way to get to know a builder and what it is like to work with them.

The first step is to select a home model and lot. Once that is finalized and a purchase agreement is signed, the Morrison Homes team will guide you through a series of steps and meetings to personalize your home inside and out. Once the vision for your new home is complete and all the documents are signed off on, construction begins. You’ll be able to visit your home as often as you’d like through the building process. When the home is finished and reviewed to your satisfaction, you will get the keys and move in to your new home!
