We have enjoyed working and building alongside Genesis, Sage Meadows is a fantastic location for our product type and the Genesis team have been wonderful to work with!

We are proud to be a BuiltGreen member – our homes are certified energy efficient by a third-party and we provide BuiltGreen and EnerGuide labeling for each home we build.   We offer long term savings for our homeowners in energy consumption, higher than building code reduction of sound and air transfer between the townhomes, and our mechanical systems are better than most single family homes – we provide as a standard feature a boiler / tankless water system that heats the home as well as the water!

Location is a priority always – access for our homeowners, transportation avenues available and amenities that they can support locally.
