Feeling comfortable with the builder and their Sales Team is an important foundational piece of enjoying the home building process.
The process begins with meeting the community’s Partners Sales team to explore the floorplans and lots to determine the right home for you. Next, you place your deposit on your chosen lot, work through the purchasing details and finalize the purchase agreement. Following that, you arrange financing for your home and then begin the exciting process of working with the Partners team to personalize your new home! Work with our dedicated team to select your colours, finishes and appliances. Once the construction of your new home begins, our Sales Team will keep in touch, providing photos of the progress to keep you updated as we work towards completing your dream home.
It typically takes 8-12 months from the time of your purchase to possession day.
