Limited Partnership 4 holds property in Rocky View County, Alberta, bordered on the south side by 80th  Ave NE and to the west by 84th  Street NE (the eastern Calgary City limits). The Limited Partnership owns a 32.5% undivided interest in the 610-acre property. The remaining lands are owned by Genesis Land Development Corp. and another limited partnership.

Limited Partnership 8 was established to develop and sell approximately 270 home sites (single and multi-family lots) within the Upper Columbia Valley’s Spur Valley/Radium area. The Partnership owns a 1,140-acre property located in the East Kootenay Regional District on both sides of Highway 95, approximately a 10-minute drive north of the junction of Highway 93 and Highway 95.

Limited Partnership Land Pool owned two parcels of long-term development land:

Airdrie Lands was comprised of 319 acres located in Airdrie, Alberta, west of 24th  Street W.

Delacour Land included 617 acres and is located in Rocky View County, Alberta. The lands are approximately five miles east of the Calgary city limits at the intersection of Secondary Highway 564 (112th Ave – Country Hills Boulevard) and Secondary Highway 791.
