Sterling Homes is excited to bring a number of different product offerings to Lewiston. “We’ll be offering duplexes, laned homes and front-attached garage homes,” Carefoot says. “It’s nice to have those numerous options, because the variety means a potential buyer can come in and really find the best fit when it comes to floor plans and price point. We work with customers to find something that’s going to work best for them.”

According to Carefoot, the Sterling team will be building three show homes in Lewiston, “These will include two front-attached homes and one laned home,” she says. “We also build spec duplexes and tour people through those.”
