Among these home designs is one that Mackenzie is especially excited about, a brand-new duplex model called the Annex. “This 1,700-square-foot home is a standout both in space and versatility, with multiple floor plan options,” he says. “The Annex can accommodate up to six bedrooms, including a two-bedroom legal suite—a fantastic option for multigenerational living or rental income potential.”
The Annex also features an open-concept main floor, with dedicated office space and a selection of kitchen layouts. “This home is designed for both function and style and can cater to a variety of family needs,” says Mackenzie.
