We are happy to report that we’ve officially passed the midway mark on development at Saffron! Both buildings in the development are nearly complete the third phase of construction (see the Genesis 5 stages of development). Here’s a breakdown of where we’re at in the development process:
Units 8326 to 8346
Saddlelake Drive NE
- Our crews are now 75% completed the installation of drywall on this building, which means we’re nearing the end of phase three of construction (see the Genesis 5 stages of development).
- After stage three of construction is complete, we’ll be moving onto the textures for this building, which means the interior and exterior finishes.
Units 8350 to 8370
Saddlelake Drive NE
- We’re currently working on the insulation for this building — 70% complete in that phase. This is part of stage three of the Genesis 5 stages of development, and after that we’ll be in the final two phases.
- Upon completion of the insulation, our crews will be finishing up the third phase with installation of drywall for this building. Next up from there will be the interior and exterior finishes, here you can find out more about the Genesis 5 stages of development.
