The day you’ve all been patiently waiting for is finally here—construction is completed on two of the Gardens buildings , and the third is well into the final phase of development! This means that after months of hard work by our construction crews, new homeowners will soon be taking possession of these units.

- If you haven’t yet received your possession letter, you will be soon, as we send out possession letters approximately 35 days prior to your move-in day. This should give you ample time to get through your possession to-do list.
- In the final week before your move-in date, you’ll be scheduled for an orientation as well as a move-in meeting to go over all the features of your home, as well as warranty and service information. Then, it’s the big day!
Units: 24,28,32,36,40

- We are currently 95% completed the final phase of the Genesis 5 stages of development. Once the final lock-outs are completed, pre-occupancy inspections will be completed.
