At its heart, a community is more than just a collection of roads, sidewalks, and homes. It’s a living, breathing ecosystem made up of the families who live there and the nature that surrounds them. This Earth Day, we wanted to celebrate those roots – literally!
Our team spent some time this week getting our hands a little dirty. We’ve been busy planting seeds in pots, each finished with a custom-engraved wooden marker featuring our community names. To us, these little flower and herb pots represent how we help create tomorrows in every development. Starting small, nurturing with intention, and watching something beautiful grow over time.
We would love for you to take a piece of the community home with you. Starting April 20th, you can stop by any of our participating showhomes to pick up your own starter flower or herb pot. It’s a small gift from our team to your family to help brighten your windowsill or garden.
While you’re in the showhome picking up your plant, don’t forget to enter our Earth Day giveaway draw! We are giving away a $250 gift card to a local garden centre to one lucky winner. Whether you want to add some curb appeal to your new front yard or spruce up your backyard, we want to help you get started.
How to Participate:
- Visit participating showhomes in one of the Genesis Land communities (Bayside, Bayview, Huxley, Lewiston, Logan Landing)
- Pick up your free community-branded flower or herb pot (while supplies last – one per family)
- Scan the QR code in the showhome to enter the garden centre gift card draw
