The community continues to expand its residential possibilities with the grand opening of its Phase 10 showhome parade on Saturday, September 22 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Genesis Land invites our friends and neighbours to experience Saddlestone (8 Saddlestone Grv NE) with an afternoon of free food, family-friendly activities and outdoor fun.

Showhomes, Amplified
Find your family’s perfect fit as you experience the expert craftsmanship and thoughtful design within the new Saddlestone showhomes. Each showhome will come to life with a different activity for visitors to enjoy, including a candy bar from Sugar Cube YYC for the kids, family photos by JM Studios, a chai tea station, mini pop-up shops featuring jewellery from Dangerous Designs and artwork from local artisans. Kim Smith of Dangerous Designs will also be offering children and adults an opportunity to get creative with a jewellery-making station.
Fare For All
A great event needs great food, and the Saddlestone showhome grand opening celebration will have plenty to satisfy the whole family’s tastes and reflect the dynamic cultural influences in the community. Visitors have the option to enjoy a selection of gourmet traditional Indian dishes from local Calgary food trucks or perogies from Perogy Baba.
Be sure to arrive early, as Genesis Land will be providing meal tickets upon entry—while supplies last—to redeem from any of the event’s food vendors.
For the Kids
Younger visitors will stay entertained throughout the afternoon with an array of on-site activities where they can engage with other children in Saddlestone and the surrounding communities. There will be opportunities for kids to get inspired with mini pumpkin decorating, and to enjoy an open play area—courtesy of Virgin Radio, which will also be providing music during the event.
