And with that, the 2023 season has come to an end. The year seemed to fly by, but how could it not when it was full of amazing moments? We are grateful to be a part of such wonderful communities and share these memories together.
There were so many great events, stories and memories throughout the past year, but there were a few experiences that stood out for us. What was your favourite community memory from 2023?
The year started off with celebrating and meeting the babies of 2022 with our partner airdrielife and our second storybook. We came together for the Bayside Grand Opening event where we were the first to walk through the six brand new single-family homes from our trusted builder partners Genesis Builders Group and McKee Homes. Food, drink, florals and a beautiful mural painted live during the event by the talented McKenna Prather.
To get ready for summer, we hosted another Bike Tune-Up Pop-Up with technicians from Cranked Bike Shop who made sure our bikes were ready for the season. We also brought back Larry Neilson from Konfident Kanines to provide more guidance on how to have a responsible canine citizen (a well-behaved dog) and be a more responsible dog owner. Thank you Larry, for all your guidance.
Our growth took off in 2023, with the groundbreaking of two new communities: Logan Landing and Lewiston. We are so excited to start building these communities with you. Speaking of being with you, the highlight of the summer was our annual Drive-In Movie event where we watched the Lion King and Jurassic World from our cars.
