Waiting for your new home in The Brownstones of Sage Meadows? Our construction crews are working hard to ensure the utmost quality in the home building process, so here’s an update of where we’re at in the development phase:
Block 5 units are in the process of being drywalled, and taping is being done for future painting. Up next, our crews will be working on the trim, railings and cabinets for this building. Also next on the schedule, the protective liner on the windows and doors on garages will be lifted, and wallpaper and wiring will be started as well.
Block 6 rear garages are in the midst of being poured, and up next will be to drywall the party walls, in preparation for progress reports to begin.
This is part of stage three of the five stages of development we undergo to build a new home, it’s one of the biggest phases of construction so a lot of work is done at this time. Here’s a look at the process:
