Whether you’re looking for family-friendly activities to get your kids out of the house or you want to support local businesses for dinner, there are so many great options within the Genesis Land communities. What do you get when you take a tennis court and mix it with water? A skating rink of course. The tennis court at Bayview Park has been flooded to create a local skating rink for you and your family to enjoy. There is no hockey allowed so you don’t have to worry about your little kiddos getting in the way.

Snowshoeing at Bayside

Take advantage of the extensive walking paths and mountain-framed skies as you trudge along the snow-covered canals, pathways and greenspaces.

Tobogganing at Prairie Winds Park

Our favourite spot for great hills is at Prairie Winds Park. They have hills of all sizes perfect for all levels of toboggan skills and thrill-seekers.

Dinner @ home with Old Town Pizza House

Try out a new pizza joint and support local at the same time. Pick up your favourite pizza and sides from Old Town Pizza House in Airdrie. Pair that with a craft beer or your go-to wine from a local liquor store + your top movie choice and viola, you have the perfect night in.
