Genesis is Nominated for 4 SAM Awards

Genesis Builders Group is honoured and humbled to be nominated for four SAM Awards this year. The SAM Awards is now in its 27th year, and celebrates excellence and innovation in the residential construction industry. Three of our projects received nominations in three categories: Advertising and Marketing, Multi-Family Design and Best New Homes.

For Best Moving Media
Our Canals Landing showhome opening video received this nomination in the Advertising and Marketing category. The video was created for the Charlesmark showhome launch at Canals Landing in Airdrie, and you can view it here. More information on our homes in Canals Landing is available here.

For Best New Multi-Family Design
The Roxbury model in the Brownstones of Sage Meadows was nominated for best new multi-family design. These multi-family designs are reminiscent of the brownstone buildings in New York.

For Best Townhome – $350,000 or higher
Our Brownstones in Sage Meadows were also nominated in this category, and we’re very excited about these developments, which offer luxurious living in northwest Calgary. More information on the Brownstones can be found here.

For Best New Home – $270,000 to $309,999
Another northwest Calgary project, our Roosevelt model in Evanston, was nominated for this award in the New Home category. This model (789 Evanston Drive NW) is beautifully designed and we’re very proud of the attention it’s getting. You can find out more about the Roosevelt here.

We want to give a huge thank you to our trades, suppliers and industry partners for making these nominations possible. The SAM Awards winners will be announced on March 29th at the Telus Convention Centre. You can find out more about the SAM Awards here.
