On September 16, 2025, a group of women from Genesis traded their office wear for hard hats and tool belts as they joined Habitat for Humanity Southern Alberta’s Women Build Day. Hosted at 2081 Bayview Drive SW in Genesis Land’s Bayview community in Airdrie, the event brought together women from across Southern Alberta to lend their skills, strength, and spirit to building safe, affordable homes. This event was especially meaningful for us at Genesis Land because Bayview is one of our own communities—making the day not only about supporting Habitat’s mission but also about investing in the future of a neighbourhood we’ve carefully planned and nurtured.
