As a community developer in Calgary and Airdrie, we get the pleasure of working with several local home builders. To help you learn a little more about the great Alberta builders we work with, we’ll be profiling one each month.
This month, we’re featuring Calgary-based home builder, Calbridge Homes. This company is a family-owned business, started by father and son duo Raimondo and Joe Ferraro in 1978. Calbridge is currently building homes in 15 communities in Calgary and Cochrane.
Among the Calgary communities Calbridge is building in, is the Genesis Land community of The Ridge at Sage Meadows. The Ridge at Sage Meadows is a luxurious new enclave community in northwest Calgary’s hillside, full of creeks and grass-lined walkways among estate homes.
The Ridge at Sage Meadows is a brand new development, and Calbridge is building a variety of designs and home models there:
