It’s an exciting month at Genesis Land as we celebrate the opening of new showhomes in three Genesis Land communities — Sage Meadows, Bayview and Bayside Estates! To mark the occasion, we are hosting fall events in each community to officially open these beautiful homes and kick off the season’s festivities. Stop by with the family to enjoy games, activities, food trucks and prizes. There will also be many favourite local businesses from Calgary and Airdrie in attendance. We can’t wait to show you what these unique communities have to offer!

Sage Meadows Fall Fair

The Sage Meadows fall fair will feature a family photo booth, kids games and activities, prizes and a mini bunny farm from Butterfield Acres. There will plenty of food from The Empanada Queen food truck and a festive hot drink station! While you’re there, you can enter to win a grand prize of a couples cooking lesson at Cuisine et Chateau.

Bayview Family BBQ

We will be hosting a family BBQ featuring family photos, music, games and prizes. Damit Amit food truck will be cooking up burgers and Rocky Roadz ice cream will be serving ice cream treats all afternoon. Plus, you can go head-to-head in a shootout with the goalie from the Airdrie Thunder for a chance to win great prizes!

Bayside Estates Fall Fair

Our Bayside Estates Fall Fair will bring together many great local Airdrie businesses! The Farm Girls Food Truck and Rocky Roadz mini donuts will be serving up delicious food all afternoon. Creating Space Yoga & Healing Arts will be offering quick tutorials on essential oils, posture and foot health. Plus, Airdrie Music Lessons will be playing live music and hosting mini jam sessions outside!
Walk through one of the four stunning homes from Genesis Builders Group and McKee Homes and discover life along the Bayside canals!
